Our firm handles requests by clients from all over the world who, as descendants of former Polish citizens (Parent's, Grandparents etc.) are interested in obtaining Polish citizenship. The process is carried out directly in Poland, without the involvement of Polish embassies around the world, thus shortening the time required to obtain citizenship.
The first stage involves checking with enquirers, by telephone or email, regarding their own rights and their family’s rights to Polish citizenship. Details are provided regarding how our firm handles the process and the expenses involved.
A client interested in proceeding with an application must provide the firm with the required documents and a power of attorney. A face-to-face meeting is not necessary for this purpose. Some of our clients reside in various countries around the world, including the USA ,
After preparing the file, the Israeli office transfers it to our attorneys in Poland. They search for birth certificates or other documents in Poland, prepare the application for citizenship, and submit it to the relevant district government.
Requests by the Polish authorities for additional information are sent to our attorneys in Poland, who respond promptly, where possible, or transfer the request to our office for further handling.
In the case of an unjustified refusal, an appeal is submitted to the Polish Ministry of Interior's Appeal Committee, or to the Administrative Court
